How Long Do You Want To Live?
Our friends at Hiburrito brought up an interesting poll which asks the question: How long do you want to live? There is a "forever" answer at the end but who wants to live forever?
Since I am a baby boomer on the near side of 60 my answer was "till around 90" but only if I could remain in good health and still be RVing when St. Peter calls me to that great RV park in the sky. (full hookups there!)
I suspect that the reason most of the votes went for the "till around 80" mark was that mostly youngsters voted in this poll so far. So I said let's throw it over to the baby boomers for a different perspective.

Interesting results Dick? I understand how people want to live forever and how some people want to live till 50.

I personally went with forever and the only reason I would want to live forever is if I didn't age past the current way I look, since that won't happen I guess it's in gods hands.

I think living beyond 80 is decrepitude. That' why most voted for around 80.

I think living forever would be a curse if you kept getting older. Your age would have to freeze at some point around 30.

I thought I would be unhappy when I hit 50 Al, but it didnt feel any worse than 30 did!
